Twin 2 (Autism moment): I thinkk Kiyama's dehumanising himself is more like. his personal agency got taken away from him & he's quite literally forced to b put into someone else's shoes. he becomes someone's son, he becomes someone's brother, he becomes his own replacement, never actually become a person. & it's made worse during Aliea not just bc he;s playing as an alien but also bc he's a child soldier. & he's so used to not rly being treated like a person & just agreeing t literally anything given to him that he's conditioned to think dehumanising himself is familiar & is therefore is the safest option for him.
