I should have replied with "It's similar, you just need one that's lower-poly"

Got some of my first hate comments on YouTube yesterday. This one might be my favourite, since it's actually quite creative lmao #trans #mtf #queer #lgbt #queercreator #youtube #youtuber #lgbtq #lgbt+ #transgender #transwoman

Wow, my recent video has done really well on YouTube. I imagine quite a few of my new followers here have made their way over from there. In that case, hi! I am trying to use this platform more, since I can be a little more myself here. It is nice to see some support :)

The absolute whiplash of being in nature, camping for days on end and then immediately being behind the desk at my 9-5 job less than 18 hours later erodes my soul

You're missing one! Genuinely, it's the same developers and the same systems used.

The heat in the UK has genuinely slowed down my editing for my next video down significantly. 30°C in my own bedroom is crazy 😭

A standardised solid state format would have avoided all of this. The Switch consoles have them, and half the time you don't even need to download anything before you play. Look at SD cards - you can get 2TB ones now. There's no reason why a format like this can't exist.

How is Steam Next Fest already here again?!? There's no way I'm gonna have a video out in time for this with the RE2 video still being edited 😭

I just made a quick video showcasing an amazing little N64 homebrew project called Junk Runner. Seriously, if you haven't heard about it, please go see the developer's video on it.

Currently playing through Resident Evil 2 OG on the original disc and oh my god, it's genuinely so good. I loved the Director's cut of the original, so I figured I'd like it but DAMN.

Only one week ago, I hit 400 subscribers on YouTube, and now I'm sitting at 500. The response to my new video has been absolutely incredible!

I'm so proud of this, I'm really starting to master blending Photoshop and Davinci Resolve to make these sorts of QoL features in videos!

Skyfecta @skyfecta.bsky.social · 12/12/2025

So we are getting not just the remake, but a new original game on top of it, too!!

100

Skyfecta @skyfecta.bsky.social · 11/12/2025

Oh for sure - but I mainly meant the modern controls. It took me far too long to figure out the grab/climb button again lol - the first fe minutes of the stream make me look like I've never touched the game in my life because of it 😅

110

Skyfecta @skyfecta.bsky.social · 11/12/2025

I absolutely love the first game, it's my first time playing the remaster, but I hadn't played the game in general for years - the controls confused me so much at first!!

110

Skyfecta @skyfecta.bsky.social · 11/12/2025

Well, I have other games that do it, and they have gold and silver trophies at the very least. They are also still able to contain one platinum. It just feels like an oversight :/ Also, thank you so much! I'm working on an Anniversary video and now doing streams on the first trilogy remastered :)

110

Skyfecta @skyfecta.bsky.social · 11/12/2025

Fun fact: the PS4 and PS5 have the exact same trophies, except for the fact that for PS5, every gold and silver trophy was turned into bronze and all platinums were removed. For... Some reason...

I love that he invents things in his own head to get stressed about to then share with everyone else, gotta be one of my favourite things to witness. It's almost as amazing as his hypocrisy lmao

If we don't have a new Tomb Raider game announced in the next 24 hours, imma crash out I swear

000

Skyfecta @skyfecta.bsky.social · 28/10/2025

Halo YouTubers cover the original co-creator praising the new remake challenge: Impossible Seriously, they like to praise the two random Bungie and 343 devs who don't like it, but the co-creator of the entire series who loves it? Nope. The negativity draws clicks. Positivity doesn't. Yikes.

Why anyone would want to see Jack Black in anything after breaking off his long-term friendship to appease the right wing is beyond me.

Ah, the local CEX. I feel like every time I enter nowadays I leave with yet another PS3 game, a "mid"/"woke" PS5 game I want to try for myself and form my own opinion or three more HDMI cables. I think I have a problem.
