Not pretending anything. Words/arguments have meanings/truths in contexts. Why say something almost true (false) when you could say what's actually true/honest? And you left some plant-based harm off your list. Champ. If you'd said "cruelty free" or "maximally free from harm" you'd be an honest man.

Is that the dragon fruit flower?! Amazing. Last night had a most delicious small tray of Pitahaya--usually out of my budget but the corner grocer had some ripe-beyond-sale ones with the good bits carved up for only 20 pesos. Quite a treat! Last time was peaches, super delicious and relatively cheap🍑

Not a very vegan attitude that, your personal taste preferences trumping obvious superior ethics. All humans are animals. Palestinians are humans. Therefore, even a vegan hiker like you should care about them, at least a little bit.
