I'm not. There are large sections of the older generation that are very well off and receive state support despite not needing it. Eg. all 60 + year olds receive free travel in London. Young workers don't. And large sections of the older generation voted for Brexit and now reform.

Yes I did as well but at that time house prices relative to earnings were not as they are now for young people who also now have next to no pension provision. Young people shouldn't be expected to pay for the old. Evan Davis BBC article
