Really though. Don't get me wrong I love getting fat, but if bottom surgery is a goal they'll likely make me lose a bunch of weight before they will operate lmao. Even if that hasn't been 100% confirmed for me yet, if I get far in the process and that turns out to be a barrier I'll kick myself
