Yes! I tend to buy from Coffee Bean Corral and Sweet Maria’s. I’d love to find a more local source but haven’t been able to. I’ve got a little Freshroast that I’ve used for five years. What do you use?

I love Ethiopians for that very reason. Yirgacheffe and Sidama especially!

It varies! We always have a good herb garden but my wife will plant lots of flowers. I’m thinking of trying to grow some medicinal herbs this year, instead of the usual kitchen variety. (I always want lots of basil!) But it’s a good excuse to have those conversations.

I don’t have triggers that make me want to drink “at” people anymore. But when I’m traveling for work and I get the H L and T from HALT…a drink will start sounding ok. I catch myself, but it’s wild how, 14 years after my last drink, this disease is still looking for a way in!

Thought about hiking but the weather may not cooperate. Probably candles, bread, honey, and planning the garden with my wife. Which will be delightful.
