I think I’m going to delete twitter and tik tok off my phone. I haven’t used them in a while and I’ve noticed a measurable improvement in my mental health. I recommend people do the same. Short format media is not good for the mind.

Something I think very few people experience and even less understand is hurting someone out of love. Because in the end it will be better for them. It’s a very strange feeling that is very bitter but still sweet and warm as any love you could experience.
