This isnt a matter of maturity. In fact your attempt to invoke accusations of childishness is itself childish. I am reminded of this comic, the point of which you will also miss.

Traffic noises are their own form of art
Arseny Avraamov. Who conducted "Symphony of Sirens", a music piece composed of noise from industry and infrastructure.

Tartary covered the area from Afghanistan to Manchu lands. It was a huge poorly understood region and so Europeans decided to use one name for all the people there Tartar. Taken from the Tatar people, a Turkic confederation living in modern Russia. Here is a modern picture of Tatars from Tatarstan

It is a picture of an exhibit built by Americans. Tartar is a real but archaic term for real groups of people that lived in an area referred to as tartary. These people formed real actual empires with real actual scholarship behind them. Here is an actual building made by "Tartars" from "Tartary"
The Mukden palace.

The existence of steel plants is not nazi propaganda. Implying that the SS actually possessed arcane secrets to harness magical powers is in fact closer, given that such was actual propaganda. Anyway here's the Krupp steelworks, largest steel plant in Europe in 1920. Admit your wrongness Mr. Smith.

Misogyny to the point of homosexuality does read that way, yes. But we're not talking spiritually, we're talking aesthetically. Is this what Romans looked like

Is this what Romans looked like Mr. Smith? Is this an authentic depiction of Pontous Pilate? Did Romans dress like homoerotic nazisploitation?

Architecture is very diverse. This is a picture of two classical Roman buildings still standing, "connected" by the Aurelian wall. Not very visually similar, and they're both part of the same fortifications! Likewise the Parthenon and the Sun-Yat-Sen Maoseleum are both marble, but look nothing alike
The Marble covered Pyranid of Cestius and the largely brick Porta San Paolo

First. I don't think this person is telling you that marble can turn into brick and mortar by adding lava. Second. At what point was the Curia Julia (Pictured in all its brick glory) in the middle of Rome covered by lava for even one hundred years let alone thousands.

Do you believe this to be an authentic depiction of classical era Roman men executing a Greek woman? Is this what classical Romans looked like? The literal translation is "I relinquished marbles when I accepted bricks" You noodle around with that until you make it work.

Mr. Smith. If this is the level fo argumentation you are resorting to, I think it's time to admit that you have something to learn about Roman architecture.

The coloseum also has metal railings and fencing added, which are literally visible in the picture you posted. These buildings are ruins Mr. Smith

People did not live in the colloseum or the pantheon. The colloseum is also not marble. It's limestone, tuff and brick. The colloseum was a theatre, the pantheon a temple. Most people lived in insulae, the tip top of society lived in domus.

Crown prince Wilhelm was a supporter of the Harzburg front, August Wilhelm was a member of the SA, and both of them expected a restoration, and until 1940 (And the death of crown prince Wilhelm's son Wilhelm) Hitler and monarchists were openly aligned. This is a picture of prince August Wilhelm.
