I think some of the best yogurt / curd / lassi is south asian styles. Like the ‘king curd’ in Kathmandu. Better than anything I’ve had in other parts of the world usually known for great dairy. Delicious Newari lunch way out in Kritipur #Food #Nepal #Kathmandu #Kritipur

I don’t think this is uplifting news. This is evidence that Californian municipal services have utterly failed. Many cities, like Oakland in particular, seem incapable of picking up the trash or curbing dumping.
