I have CF, so I totally get the need for those bathroom breaks. It does mean I take more breaks, but it has helped

Sounds like hemorrhoids to me. If that's the case, I've experienced some success with increased fiber and water intake, and trying to limit my bathroom breaks to only the time it takes to actually go (so wrapping up after I've gone/not waiting for more even if I'm still feeling some pressure)

There are people in the world who will care for you even when others don't. I don't know what exactly your situation is, but I feel for you, and I'm sorry if parts of your life have been unkind.
