I am a cis, white, straight woman who was born and raised on a remote dairy farm, raised around no diversity at all. Virtually everything I know about people unlike that narrow group came from meeting people at cons first. Embarrassing but true.

Get a few quotes! Think the going rate is about £2- £3k per room but the heatwave might have made demand go crazy. Some banks might also offer cheap loans or cashback for green stuff like that if you have a mortgagte with them.

Haha, having familiar places show up in movies or TV is always surreal. Usually irks me if they’re claiming to be realistic and show someone running around a corner but appearing miles away, though 😂

Sid Shuman sounds like the sort of name a lizard would use to convince you they were human. “Hello fellow earthlings, how’s your skin feeling today?”

It's my birthday today! 🎉 I've been enjoying black/gold art lately. A little share today of some of them would be cool. c:

A black and gold illustration of a girl with golden wings enveloped by a dark wolf/raven-like creature. She looks up toward the sky warmly as the creature bares his teeth, her hands rest tenderly in his claws. Ravens swarm about them with a singular white raven flying up above them and golden flames below them. The background is a semi-circle border of golden roses, with an inner border of moons and stars. A moon enveloping a sun is behind them. The border text reads," It's written in the stars. Everything must come to an end."

The characters are my own, Cupiovera and Dove.

A black and gold colored illustration of two women. One is dressed in white with dark scales and gold horns, while the other has alternating black and white scales and horns. The second woman has her claws under the other woman's chin, tilting her face in an incipient kiss. The background has moons, stars, an ocean wave, a sun, and peony flowers. There is a curtain in one corner of the frame, pulled back around them.

A black and gold illustration of a monstrous women in a white robe with gold jewelry and many wings. One half of her body is covered in eyes, while the other half is thick scales. One half of the background is white with a dark moon and the other half is black with rays of light. There is Enochian alphabet along the border and jewelry. The banner at the bottom reads, "Be Not Afraid."

A black and gold illustration of a butch knight, in golden scale armor covered in wing and star motifs, holding a black sword with a glowing hilt. She is surrounded by a border of sunflowers, moons, wings, and stars. The banner flowing behind her reads, "Knight of Stars."

I could be interested, though would be another big blue (ish) and might need more than 2 payments (just bought a house 😅). But UK based so shipping is easier!
