Got me a nice Spanish fish stew simmering away. Gonna drop some chunks of cod into it once the potato/sweet potato has softened enough. Obvs loads of garlic, onion, celery and red pepper, a cayenne pepper, carrot, lemon, lots of good spices: smoked Spanish paprika, herbs, dashes of nutmeg & cumin

Getting a decent collection of old irons. The oldest is about 100 years. But my favourite is the turquoise one; Findlay Iron Works, a long closed down Canadian company. This one is late 50s/early 60s. I use all the pots. No decoration dishes in my house!
