Little update on this painting! I have been thinking about what I want to do with my art and a whole little world I have been writing, maybe I should embrace sharing it with you all 💚

Digital painting in progress of a woman in a purple Victorian dress in front of a marble statue of a nude woman and a large landscape painting with an ornate gold frame. On top of the screenshot is a doodle of a skeleton in her arm.

Pushing the researching trades button. Right now cabinetmaking sounds like something I would eat up, so maybe my career services appointment might have some ideas. I think it also beautifully aligns with my art and knowledge. Just a little tired of having to re-path my future all the time.

This started as a basic Kiki ref for art fight and then i made her a lil space hero outfit oops,,,

a rough sketch with blocked colours of Kiki, a light skin woman with a curly pink undercut. Her outfit is a pink and yellow jacket on top of a periwinkle blue tunic with the sides cut out, thigh high boots, and pale blue mesh bodysuit. On top is a white belt with a pale pink pouch

Today I did some portrait studies and then started the npc sketches based on them!

Three sketched figures in fantasy clothing. An old man with mutton chops and mustache, a lady wearing a wrapped headdress, and a man with angular features.

Monty inspired by this thing

A rough sketch of a man curled in a sitting position, looking up pathetically with a small pouty frown.

A juvenile bird of prey looking straight to the camera with huge wet pathetic eyes and frowning.

And fuck it, Ori but a femme fatale in a noire setting with Jules looking like a big menacing teddy bear in a flashy suit.

A fabulously high femme Oriardy in the style of Veronica Lake letting a trench coat wearing man light a cigarette from his.

Femme Fatale Ori and Club Bouncer Jules in a suit and big hat. Jules asks "that schmuck botherin' ya, Ori?" Who replies "I dont think the detective will be bothering us anymore."

a digital doodle showing a post-it note of Mass Effect's Fem Shepard and Garrus Vakarian holding hands, as Shep poses up with a big powerful stance but looks kind of like an animal crossing character, while Garrus is standing there with big wet eyes. In the bottom corner is a heart and "GV" implying it was doodled by Garrus himself.

This was my little setup on the weekend with my newest big prints of pin ups :)

A table selling art. Large prints along the top of a grid wall, and small items on the table or traditional prints in baskets.

Two pin up prints of monster ladies. On the left is a vampire with bat wings on her arms and wearing a red latex body suit and thigh high boots. On the right is a ghost on her tip toes and arms outstretched behind her as wind whips through her hair and tattered dress.

[Cobalt, 4/8+] It's been refreshing working on these! The #bwcomics tag reminded me that I have a little passion project I can chip away at. #robotoc #scifi #comics

Three panels on the left show a robot as a cargo air/space craft pilot, a cave diving rescuer, a bomb disposal expert. The tall panel on the right shows a military application, the robot armed with a white rifle, covered in hard armor. Text reads: Multitudes, cast from your mold. They will make our world safe, easing the dangers we have manufactured for ourselves. Strength, versatility, precision. More accurate, more reliable. Lossless."

In a dark room, illuminated by harsh light from a singular doorway, two cloaked robots leave the scene of a murder, the body in a pool of blood. To the right is a close up of one of the robots looking down at the scene blankly while the other behind it is leaving the scene. The three circular "eyes" of the helmet are eerie and distinctly inhuman, unlike the other representations of the robots which had eyes on faceless glass visors. They at least had a semblance or imitation of humanity.

I'm taking it slow, so these are the pages that are finished for now. It might get colour later, but this is my chance to sit down and hone in on value as a skill. Black and white comics have such a beautiful range of depth, complexity, graphic character. #bwcomics
