Drawing of my plaguesona, SirMeow's fursona, and Pinky from Animal Crossing having lunch in a restaurant. We're all eating a variety of Asian cuisine. There's a large painting and a pair of purple curtains on the back wall.

Decided to mount one of my stamps. Been thinking about getting into scrapbooking, so I did something simple to test the waters. #jae'sart #noai #art #collage

The Colorado state stamp mounted on a blue square. The blue square is in the middle of the night sky, which is patterned with faded silver moons, stars, and suns. A purple mountain range stretches out in the foreground.

Original (left) and remakes (middle & right). Primarily wanted to add scenery to the patio and get rid of some of the fuzziness. #visualnovel #noai #jae'sart #digitalart #interiordesign

An apartment living room, with blue walls, a blue gray carpet, and dark blue furniture to round it out. There are posters hanging next to the TV.

Same picture as the previous, expect now there's trees outside the patio balcony. The books have been recolored as well.

Same image as before, except at night. It's dark outside and the lamp is on, casting a harsh shadow on everything in the room.

Aster, a robot character from my visual novel, greeting the viewer from behind a blue counter. Behind them are shelves of alcohol and various cocktail glasses.

Same picture as the previous, except now the shelves are a collage of real life pictures of alcohol and glassware. Cabinets have also been added on the sides.

Lineart, finished background, and original for reference. I'm fighting the urge to make my lineart super detailed, since I always imagine that I'm going to need all these lines to help with coloring. #jae'sart #art #digitalart #noai

Lineart of a tarot reading room. There's a bunch of Xs on the wall marking where stars are going to be placed.

Finished tarot reading room. The zodiac is painted along the wall, with a garland of paper stars hanging from the ceiling. There's a wood cabinet with a CD player on top and in the foreground, a red table and a pair of chairs.

Original version of the tarot room. It's similar in terms of color palette, but with a model of the solar system hanging from the top instead of the star garland. The image is also more zoomed out.

Photograph of the Seattle skyline, taken at a roughly NE direction. The Space Needle is on the far left, with downtown stretching to the far right. It's a cloudy day.

Same photograph as the previous, but altered with four black skyscrapers sitting in the middle of downtown.

Same photo as the previous, but painted to make it look like night time. There's lots of lights on the skyscrapers.

Title screen, the original photo, and the first proper look at Clay. This'll probably be the last preview since I'm almost at the finish line. #jae'sart #art #noai #photography #visualnovel #indiegame

A photograph of some poker cards splayed out next to a cocktail. The image is rather dark but you can still make out the majority of details.

Same image as the previous with the brightness and contrast bumped up slightly and a painterly filter applied. The title of the game 'Death Drive' is typed out in a deep magenta font with a white drop shadow.

Clay, the main character for this story, looking rather annoyed with a customer he's dealing with. He's standing behind a counter while the customer is very up close tot he camera and grayed out.

Some more backgrounds for my #visualnovel I'm challenging myself to try and finish it before the end of the month. #jae'sart #noai #digitalart

A very plain looking library with beige walls and wooden cabinets for bookshelves. They're all closed.

A beige hallway with four pictures hanging in it. Big Ben on the left, the Tribune Tower on the right, a yellow sports car in the top center, and a fancy dining room in the bottom center.

A plain looking office with beige walls. There's a steel filing cabinet in the corner, some books on the desk, and several poker themed pictures hanging on the walls.

Close up of one of the pictures hanging in the office. A french maid with some tig ol bitties is staring at the viewer with a sultry look. I tried to give it as much 'sexy ai generated girl' vibes as I could.

Next pages of my magic codex. Took my a while to figure out how to describe all of this. The alt text contains just the text and none of the margin notes or anything. #writing #worldbuilding #magic #fantasy

Magic has been studied by scholars throughout history, and modern understanding of magic comes from Portuguese explorer Célio Faras, who documented and compiled his findings in 'The Elements and Essences of Magic'. In it he concluded there are 7 essences(uses of magic) and 7 elements(types of) magic. This has served as the modern basis for the Heptagram, which will be elaborated on later. The following pages detail all the essences and elements described, along with a non-exhaustive list of spells. Célio also noted that though each type of magic does excel at a particular purpose, depending on the context and person, every spell can be used in multiple ways, so he did not associate each essence with a particular type of magic.

Alchemy – magic concerned with transformative processes, such as alchemy, cooking, gardening, metal working, and so on, magic that transforms substances into different ones or alters its physical form

Divination – magic with the intent of trying to foretell future events, or gain information about a specific situation or person

Destruction – magic primarily used in mage duels or within a military context, originally called Warfare, frequently referred to as Combat

Healing – magic with the intent of healing wounds or repairing objects, improve the condition of something, sometimes called Growth, some overlap with Alchemy

Protection – inverse of destruction magic, magic with the intent of preventing harm or danger from falling onto a person, place, or object

Sabotage – magic used with the intent to undermine or interrupt a target’s intentions, originally called Deceit

Utility – magical spells and practices that have a wide range of uses, particularly in a domestic or agricultural context

$Sun Barrier/Shield – creates a force field with varying properties, such as protecting you from a specific type of magic, from all magic, from a specific weapon, and so on, basis for how Barrier Gems work Flare – creates a magical signal flare in one of seven colors: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, and white, each one lasts a specific amount of time, with red lasting the longest, purple lasting the shortest, and white being in the middle Fluoresce – causes the enchanted object to glow during the night in one of seven colors: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, and white Gold Lining – protection from Moon and Saturn magic Photokinesis – the manipulation of light (refraction, reflection, magnification, etc.) Solar/Sun Seal – prevents target from using Moon and/or Saturn magic Sunbeam – basically a magic laser beam Moon Anticipate/Foresight – gives you a vision of what’s most likely going to happen in within the next 7 minutes Cryokinesis – creation and manipulation of ice Hydrokinesis – manipulation of water Lunacy – temporarily inflicts a random mental ailment on the target, including but not limited too: anxiety, mood swings, retrograde/anterograde amnesia, kleptomania, and pyromania, the severity and length of the spell are strongest during a full or new moon Lunar Seal – prevents the target from using Sun and/or Mars magic Moonbeam - a powerful beam of moon mana Silver Lining – protection from Sun and Mars magic Mercury Aerokinesis – manipulation of air Flight Intercept – intercept radio signals, radar signals, phone conversations, nearby conversations, etc. Jetstream – creates a power ‘beam’ of air Lacquer – protection from Venus and Jupiter magic Sonokinesis – the manipulation of sound Vacuum Seal – prevents the target from using Venus and/or Jupiter magic$

Venus
Chlorokinesis – manipulation and control of plants

Concrete – prevents the target from using Mercury and/or Mars magic

Cultivate – accelerate growth in plants, growth is proportional to the amount of mana spent and factors like soil moisture, fertilizer, temperature, etc.

Geokinesis – the manipulation of rocks and dirt

Healing – heals wounds, severe and internal injuries require considerably more mana that surface injuries

Patina – protection from Mercury and Mars magic

Regenerate – regenerate body parts and organs, mana used is also dependent on the type of injury and organ

Mars
Heat Seal – prevents the target from using Moon and/or Venus magic

Fireball

Flamethrower

Marked for Death – next magic or physical attack will do up to double damage

Pyrokinesis – creation and manipulation of fire

Steel Plate – protection from Moon and Venus magic

Thermokinesis – the manipulation of heat (thermal energy)

Jupiter
Ball Lightning

Electrokinesis – manipulation of electricity

Lightning Bolt – this spell has a high amount of unpredictability since electricity follows the path of least resistance, in addition, the Ancient Greeks/Romans believed that using this spell would incur the wrath of Zeus/Jupiter, so still considered bad luck in many places

Royal Seal – prevents the target from using Mercury and/or Saturn magic

Sculpt – sculpt an object into whatever shape you want

Jupiter(cont.)
Tinning – protection from Mercury and Saturn magic

Transmute – transform elements (lead to gold) or allotropes (diamonds to graphite), conservation of mass still applies, it’s possible to create more complex compounds, such as transmuting graphite and water into sugar, but generally impractical unless you have specialized equipment

Saturn
Charlatan – guarantees a false divination prediction or increases the failure rate for using Moon magic

Death Ray – an EVIL laser beam

Evil Eye – curses the target with bad luck and general misfortune, only way to get rid of it is to wait it out or apologize to the curser, since this is cast by looking at the target, this is an easy spell to cast accidentally

Lead Lining/Vantablack – absorbs Sun and Jupiter magic

Salt of the Earth – the Evil Eye applied to the land, some area of land will cause bad luck and misfortune to anyone there

Shadow Seal – prevents the target from using Sun and/or Jupiter magic

Zeitgeber – slows down time in an area by up to a factor of 10, the caster and anyone outside the radius of the spell are unaffected, they can move as they please, touching anyone within the affected area will break the spell on that specific person

Dual/Combination
There are specific spells that require or can be cast multiple types of mana. The following list is a short selection of them.

Decompose – decompose any biological matter, Venus & Saturn

Heat Vision – Mars or Jupiter

Laser – emit a laser beam from your fingers, Sun or Jupiter

Photosynthesis – enchantment that increases your healing factor as long as you remain in sunlight, Sun & Venus

Retrograde – makes Mercury/Venus/Mars/Jupiter/Saturn magic more difficult to cast, Saturn + Mercury/Venus/Mars/Jupiter/Saturn

Teleportation – can teleport freely between any two points, people normally use teleportation sigils, Mercury or Saturn

A custom #Balatro joker I made. This isn't going to be part of a mod or anything, just something fun I thought of. #art #jae'sart #noai #fanart

A fan made joker card for Balatro, designed to look like a slot machine. The rules text read:
Jackpot!
Each scoring 7 gains an extra +77 chips and +7 mult
1 in 7 chance to gain $7 if scoring hand contains three 7s
1 in 21 chance to gain $21 if scoring hand contains three 7s of the same suit

A close up of the joker in question. At the top of the slots is a club, a bell, and some grapes. In the middle is a row of red 7s. At the bottom is an apple, an orange slice, and another club. The slot machine itself is a faded gold color with bronze yellow highlights.
