Kitbashed a custom tempestus scion character for an upcoming 40k rpg I like making individual characters for rpgs, I think. You can really kinda smash bits together and with enough plastic glue and gusto it'll come together just fine

Easy choice for me, the dark age buildings are fantastic for Pillage! Especially when I can just pop the roof off so there's a playable interior, very handy.

On the bright side, the on-foot killaboss is now an auto-include for the attacks buff, so it'll actually see play for the first time ever. And speaking of firsts, a Kruleboyz hero can finally have access to a ranged profile!

I started putting together the pirate ship I got from Sarissa Precision (which shipped very fast!) and boy is it fiddly. Probably mostly due to the nature of the ship's design, but I wouldn't mind if the mdf was half again as thick, I am not a dextrous man They did send this super cute candy though!

I hit my "I don't want to be painting this anymore" threshold with the city of ash terrain, so I rapidly lowered my standards and now it's done! Easily the best spearhead set they've made so far, the boards, terrain, and relics are all vwry cool and fun to play on.

Oh I forgot to post this, I was seized by what Dwarf Fortress might call a Strange Mood after I read in ye olde 40k how you could take an ejector seat upgrade for valkyries where the pilots could end up on the battlefield if they get shot down, and threw together a pair of models for that
