two days ago, when i was literally at my lowest point, i suddenly had an absolutely unexplainable urge to draw something. i got my sketchbook right as i was on my way home in a train. this is what i ended up with.

i was reading stuff about self-harm prevention and accidentally ended up finding out one of my bad habits actually classifies as self-harming. that just made me really horrified... so... i was pulling out my hair for i think 8-9 years and it got worse this year as my mental state also got worse.
