Sarah Juggins @sjuggins.bsky.social · 26/03/2025As farming in UK takes knock after knock it is easy to sink into a slough of despair. Could someone on here please say something uplifting about farming/farmers/farms - even if it is just a nice picture of a cow? 021
Sarah Juggins @sjuggins.bsky.social · 19/03/2025Keep writing about it - and then answering posts like this. That should keep you non-busy 050
Sarah Juggins @sjuggins.bsky.social · 09/03/2025Just seen three Spoonbills - one from the lovely new bird hides at Holkham. 010
Sarah Juggins @sjuggins.bsky.social · 09/03/2025I think there is potential for best of both. Tech to do the mundane jobs - robotic weeders, tractors guided by GPS, drones for checking crops and precision treatment etc giving humans time to do some of the hands on more conservation work or work with livestock 110
Sarah Juggins @sjuggins.bsky.social · 07/03/2025Making sure there is something on your daily ‘to do’ list that gives you an immediate sense you have accomplished something. Even if it is as simple as replying to an email you’ve been putting off or tidying a shelf 110
Sarah Juggins @sjuggins.bsky.social · 20/02/2025Okay - and now I’ve got some of that sauce in my eye! Well done Lumberjack boys! 040
Sarah Juggins @sjuggins.bsky.social · 20/02/2025Watching right now and desperately hoping someone invests in these two guys with the hot sauces #DragonsDen 130
Sarah Juggins @sjuggins.bsky.social · 12/02/2025Also - I’ve just started a paper wall calendar and it’s a million times better than the chaos that is my online calendar 100
Sarah Juggins @sjuggins.bsky.social · 08/02/2025Hi Deborah, could you please temporarily follow me so I can ask a quick question. I promise this is a genuine request for a very genuine reason. 000
Sarah Juggins @sjuggins.bsky.social · 02/02/2025The magnificent @theguardian.com columnist Marina Hyde nails the ‘tech bro’s’ in her latest column: “I suppose one of the comic pleasures of these times is watching the nerds making common cause with the guys who would 100% have given them a wedgie in school, purely because they are now all rich.”.” 030
Sarah Juggins @sjuggins.bsky.social · 01/02/2025One of the most characterful birds in the garden. 010
Sarah Juggins @sjuggins.bsky.social · 01/02/2025Following this with much interest. the value of farm clusters needs to be recognised as part of the discussion. 031
Sarah Juggins @sjuggins.bsky.social · 25/01/2025Beautiful walk along coast today. North Sea looked cold but magnificent and this little fella accompanied us some of the way. 030
Sarah Juggins @sjuggins.bsky.social · 21/01/2025Fabulous morning with members of the North Norfolk Coastal Farmers Group. We discussed and dissected the new CS Higher Tier, spoke about the ‘Now, Next and Not Now’ principle of environmental actions and heard from Thomas Gent about the exciting opportunities that exist for farmers right now. 030
Sarah Juggins @sjuggins.bsky.social · 21/01/2025Could you give me a follow please? I have a quick question - you can unfollow me straight away afterwards, I won’t take offence! 000

Sarah Juggins @sjuggins.bsky.social · 11/01/2025Who would have thought dead hydrangeas could look so elegant - the garden in winter is as dramatic in its own way as other, better publicised, times of the year. 120
Sarah Juggins @sjuggins.bsky.social · 08/01/2025You are restoring some of my faith in people who go into politics and their reasons for doing so. 000
Sarah Juggins @sjuggins.bsky.social · 08/01/2025What have I done to get non-stop pictures of cats on my timeline. Note to algorithm: I love dogs, cats are okay. I also like most sports but I don’t need all my cat pics to be interspersed with American football comments. I’ve posted a pic of my dogs to drive home the point. 010
Reposted by Sarah JugginsLittle Green Space 🐝 @lgspace.bsky.social · 07/01/2025A single 400-year-old ancient oak produces 234,000 litres of oxygen a year while soaking up carbon dioxide, and can support more than 2,000 species of bird, insect, fungus, and lichen. Nature is amazing - we need more of it, not less. Please repost if you agree 🌳 11994083449
Sarah Juggins @sjuggins.bsky.social · 06/01/2025You are right - so many people claim to love nature … when it is in the right place for their needs. Too many humans are greedy, selfish and destructive. But, you can’t let it get you down, nature needs people with your enthusiasm and knowledge. 120
Sarah Juggins @sjuggins.bsky.social · 05/01/2025Book recommendation for anyone interested in learning more about the UK’s natural landscape. England: a natural history is jam-packed with facts, stories & keen observations. John Lewis-Stempel is a wonderful wordsmith, a naturalist & a farmer & this book combines knowledge from all three. 230
Sarah Juggins @sjuggins.bsky.social · 05/01/2025Recently moved across too - hoping that this becomes the space for discussion that Twitter once was. 010
Sarah Juggins @sjuggins.bsky.social · 03/12/2024Stunning skies in West Norfolk this evening. There is something so uplifting in these magical horizons 010
