I’m attending #AcademyHealth #discience24! There’s a talk on climate science & relating with D&I. As a citizen of a heavily-impacted LMIC, I wonder if it’s part of the convo to build skill and investment for D&I within LMICs to address health impacts.

A fun fact about me is that I am totally enamored with all things celestial. I drove my family about 10 hours round trip to see the full eclipse this year and we went to Iceland in peak winter hunting for the northern lights, among many similar adventures. But this legit would terrify me. 😅

It’s the classic prisoners dilemma. The best outcome is if everyone follows the rules but if one party does and the other doesn’t, then the one who follows the rules gets screwed… and that outcome is getting really predictable and exhausting lately

My coping sentiment - the incumbent party was going to lose no matter who the candidates were (as was true around the globe). And it was a massive failure of the prior congress, current administration and the courts that THIS candidate was allowed to run.
