So there's a canon explanation for Sextan's maid outfit...

A screenshot of a text log from the game Girls' Frontline 2. The text reads as follows:

"Um... My lady, do I really have to be here?" Springfield had forced Sextans to change
into an outfit which was completely different from her usual style. Springfield's smile was
gentle but brooked no defiance, and Sextans looked singularly uncomfortable.

"Sorry about that, but Makiatto was ‘ushered’ out of the kitchen recently and... to be
honest we're not too confident about letting her handle food either, so we had to send
her off to do other stuff. Since we needed someone to gather information about Turul,
the Commander recommended that you temporarily join Team Zucchero." Springfield's
trademark cunning smile was as impenetrable as ever.

"I understand the importance of gathering intelligence... But do I REALLY have to dress
like this? More to the point, how did you know my measurements so well..."

“Hohoho, well, we do have several professional clothiers working with us. And besides,
this is quite low-key compared to your original battle attire. Don't worry, you look good
in it."

A screenshot of the character Springfield's portrait from the game Girls' Frontline 2. She is in her cafe barista outfit and smiling smugly.
