Anyone who shovels should be careful of impulse shocks to blood pressure. Even healthy people can have heart attacks from shoveling. It's very important to breathe properly. Many people hold their breath, which causes blood pressure spikes while throwing the snow. People over 40 should just say no.

If you think Israel is committing genocide, then go ahead and provide the evidence. Unfortunately for people in Gaza, it's very well-documented that Hamas likes to store weapons in schools, hospitals, and private apartments. That makes them legitimate targets. Israel also warns before strikes.
