The shenanigans of state controlled media in Singapore surprisingly articulated in print by Cheong Yip Seng, veteran editor of The Straits Times in “OB Markers” (2013). His sequel “Ink and Influence” (2025) was just launched. Available at World Scientific: www.worldscientific.com/worldscibook...

Volunteers have planted 1,000 mid to late succession forest species saplings over 11 sessions on Kent Ridge @ National University of Singapore. It’s a small part of the NUS’ 100,000 trees movement to achieve a Campus in a Tropical Rainforest. It’s been lovely meeting everyone who chips in❤️
