The shadows seem to be sourced from a golden wine glass that she holds up to the light, and they reach across her body and wrap at her wrists and ankles, as well as forming a collar around her neck.

The BDSM aspect there probably isn't very subtle, huh?

She also has a shadowy bite mark below her left collar bone, just above the breast. With a pink glowing design visible beneath the purple fabric.

Fun thing about this art is that it's my first #characterdesign where I feel comfortable breaking the mold on my #art flow. I kept having the drive to add more detail to the rendering, but that isn't important. The broader image is. The small details of her body are only revealed in the cracks.

Her blinding wings and diadem impose an image of power and authority, a distraction from her shattered visage that she can't conceal.

In one hand she barely grasps the simple blade that allowed her to reach this point, while her other tightly holds onto the necklace of the lover she killed. Upon which hangs their wedding rings, rings that were never allowed to sit on their fingers truly.

Genuine question mostly for the people that benefit from #AltText, what should be included? I've read that it should be kept to a concise objective description, but I always end up adding a bit more flare to it. Isn't that part of the visual nature of the image though? As well as context?

In progress sketch of The Broken, standing tall and framed by her blinding six wings and simple spiked diadem. A mockery of even the Evil she had destroyed, but far more-so of the noble Gods of Life and Death that fell to her teeth.

Cracks are not yet added, she is fully shadowed, except for the thin white indications that she has any shape beneath the darkness at all.

She lightly wields the blade that first allowed her to drag a Power out of the sky, Godsbane. A weapon who's thirst for the death of the divine has long since been overtaken by her own unyielding will.

A weapon that her search for still caused undue suffering to the one she loved, even on the path that gives her proper happiness in the end.

Hi, thanks for the art share! I'm Siva, here's some of my recent stuff, some finished, some WIPs. All technically including the same person, lol.

The Broken Character Sheet without the text, see original post on my page for full description. There's just too much to put here now.

Belladonna sits on the stone railing of a balcony overlooking the sea at sunset, nude, though that doesn't mean much when the shadows haven't formed anything sexual, yet. Her feet are held forward, but have also not fully formed yet, the tendrils of shadow receding into her flesh.

Her shadowy wings and tail branch into tendrils that grip the surface, as she looks smugly at the viewer, hand on her right cheek with her head tilted.

Her vibrant, metallic gold hair reflects the sunlight onto her face, while the inscribed design of branching vines of Atropa Belladonna glow, contrasting against the varying light of her slightly tanned skin.

Namani is wearing what seems to be latex, but is actually a solid bodysuit of shadow. Visually, it's just latex, lmao. She has softly pink, mostly pale white skin. She has elf ears, horns, but also black feline ears.

Deianira is nude, and her inhumanly long tongue is curling up the opposite side of Namani's jaw, who very much seems to be enjoying it. Namani's left hand rests on Deia's opposite shoulder while her right hand curls in a vaguely-paw shaped gesture. Deianira has pale grey skin with silvery white freckles. Her eyes are black with gold pupils, though slightly pinker here.

y'know, now that I'm looking back at this with fresh eyes, I feel like this is the exact reason my brain is adverse to quick sketches. Namani's head looks weirdly stretched because of where I placed the eyes, and the eyes broadly being smaller than I'd usually draw. 1/2 #artadvice
