It risks the original being replaced by a fake copycat, and no one knows which one is real. We work hard on what we do, even if it's just a dumb fetish image. It's not us being insecure. It's us being passionate about what we create.

And it reflects poorly on the quality of my own art. In this case, it also causes people to spread around the fake, coloured image instead of the og. Call it vain, but I, and a lot of artists enjoy people getting to see what we make. We don't enjoy people seeing the fake, bootleg version of it.

They didn't. They probably don't even know I'm mad about it. But like, if they do come forward and genuinely acknowledge it was wrong, I would be willing to forgive them. The fact is they liked an art piece of mine enough to colour it. That does mean something, even if what they did was wrong.

I put a lot of work into my greyscale B/W stuff in figuring out the tones to use, what halftone levels look best, what halftone patterns, and working with the limitations of it. I even experimentally applied shading in a greyscale piece. I was proud of that. That got backed over by a truck in this.

My condolences, that's sadly the worst version :c Poorly translated, laggier than other versions, has more bugs, heavily compressed sound and music. Still FF5 is FF5. RetroAchievements is fun.
