Leaving the capsule aside, I decided to update the screenshots. The game has a background that is straight up darkness, so I modelled a medieval hospital and put a shader on it that makes it look "Empty" in a way. Ignore the goblin, he's just having fun

I am not an artist. I think my Steam game's capsule is rather fine for what I am capable of painting. Against other games, mine is too dark and goes unnoticed pretty easily. I'll be making new screenshots and probably an updated gameplay trailer. Hope it fixes it.

Very excited as always! Finally signed up for Steam Fest! Everything is done (just adding some details now)! We've got the whole Witch thing, 3 new bosses, a really interesting new mechanic regarding items, an actual background, new achievements, and the Custom mode! This is gonna be THE DEMO!

I'm investigating to make more fitting items, and found this line which is kinda funny to me Anyways, if anyone knows doubtful medicinal methods these doctors may have used, or have any idea for an item mechanic, it'd be cool to hear it :) Apparently they would pour mercury on people, for example

I'm making a few fixes to Organ Failure to make it better. The first thing I'm fixing is how the AI works so the Doctor doesn't just kill everyone! Besides, he only kills by grabbing the heart, which makes some of my favorite interactions never appear :(
