Probably partly due to the bass player, Dave Anderson, having been in Amon Düül II.

She was very nice. We chatted about Goldsmiths and when she might tour with the band again. Answer is watch this space...and I bought a cool patch from her.

I haven't quite finished listening to this yet, but just thought I'd note that I went to see the play/musical about the Shaggs (Philosophy Of The World). It was quite out there, and quite a rad fem rant about the patriarchy, but it was also a lot of fun. Lots of Pepsi flying around and boobs out.

Finally got to Krankenhaus festival this weekend, and finally saw TAFKABSP for the first time under their new guise. Along with 1000 Rabbits, Ellis D, the Fire Doors, TTSSFU, Bill Ryder-Jomes and the incomparable Charlotte Church's End Times Pop Dungeon. Plus talks, walks and good times all round!

It's an album I'm just about starting to get to grips with having owned but ignored it for a good few years. I especially like the Buckingham "demo" tracks, quite punk in attitude.

Owned a dog. Had kids. Done jury service (was called but was cancelled due to Covid). Had a paper round. Played Sunday football. Done D of E. Bought my dad a pint (he died before I was old enough). Been on telly. I used to be able to include "Watched a Bond film" until No time To Die came out.
