Well… it took a while. I didn’t exactly trust the military leader of a nation who’d sent my family into exile. But when I saw he wasn’t a zealot, and really wanted to change things, even if it killed him? Bowing to the wyrm he’d once tasked me to kill certainly helped wash away any doubt.

Picked up the perfect thing from my mother. She managed to tailor my father’s robes, so I can bring this part of him back to Ishgard for such a meaningful ceremony.
