heard that we can now have functional threads which makes it so much easier to bring my twit ones over 🤔 (doesn’t seem to be on the app just yet though)

I came across an outdated guide on image grid sizing crop/proportions for bsky earlier, and I felt it was important to create an updated version! Please use this new guide instead!

Up-to-date BlueSky Crop Aspect Ratio
Crop Sizes for Bluesky as of 18 Oct 2024

By default, single images are uncropped. If image is too tall (Exceeds the 1:2 aspect ratio) then it will be cropped. Single images that are too tall may be scaled down but aspect ratio is preserved

With two images, both of them share a square aspect ratio of 1:1

For three images, the first image is square (1:1) while the other two are half-squares (2:1)

And for 4 images, all of them are 3:2

Alright the threads have to be posted one reply at a time so... this is gonna be time intensive please bear with me for the ones that don't have ao3 links

Reposting this-- Bluesky hides NSFW posts from you by default so you'll miss my work if you don't turn it on: SETTINGS > MODERATION> Set toggle to Enabled ✨ Also be sure to turn on "sexually suggestive (cartoon)" setting: SETTINGS > MODERATION > Bluesky Moderation Service > Set to "off"

what are some of the first threads you'd like to read over here? Depending on if I have them posted to AO3 i might do previews and then drop the link to em like that If not i'll just repost the entire thread which... sounds like a lot but hey I want my stuff off twit #klance #nsfw #fanfic
