Orange slime - (Fusicolla merismoides).
It is not a true slime mold, but rather a fungus and yeast complex that colonizes sap leaking from wounds on hardwood trees or stumps. This one is on a tree stump

First one not quite up to the standard of @lakesstiles.bsky.social (too sunny), but twas lovely Some turkeytail Sun glistening off some moisture (thought it was slug trail but felt too warm, the temperature not the moisture) on a dog lichen, in turn basking on a bed of mosses
