soooo im trying to rot less, so ive created a system that gets me off my ass when im in paralysis mode

Several post-it-notes that have assorted tasks w points written on each one, layed out my desk.

The post-it-notes with tasks written on them are folded up and placed in a jar to be randomly selected.
