Nicole in my studio today. 5-10 min brushpen ink drawings on A3 paper. You always get a lot of emotion in the poses with Nicole (bluedemodel2 on IG), and she’s great to work with in person. #artnude #art #inkdrawing #brushpen #quickposes #figuredrawing

Hattie at the Camberwell Life Drawing session in the upper room at The Cambria pub (about 150m from my front door) this week. Quicker poses session, and this was one of the longer 15 min poses. Sanguine and chalk pencils on toned Strathmore paper (9 x11 ins). Great session.

The Fisherman’s Wife. Coloured pencil on paper, 76 x 57cm / 30 x 22 inches My latest large studio drawing done from my photo of Safire Hikari, with fun Minoan octopods and view over a marina. Isn’t the human imagination great?
