100 Followers today! I shouldn't make a big deal out of that because it isn't a big deal. So let's belittle that. I probably don't deserve that many and some will likely unfollow me after this post. If you need 1K posts to get 100 followers,.you may as well have just 25, right? Anyway thank you

This is big news. It's also news that big oil company don't want you to spread because you're more likely to notice how corruption is the only thing that keeps them polluting the present and future. When there's a solution to a problem, the problem has a problem.

But you're ok with artificial insemination, speciesm, raising animals to kill them, and eating a diet of animals high in greenhouse gas emissions that warm up the earth. And you think you will face no consequences for doing that, right? The consequences of burning forests for cattle is big pay!

At 98 followers, I am fast approaching the incredible 3 digits number of followers. What do you do when you reach that number? Do you care? Do you go and thank the billionaire owners of this platform? Do you ask for more? Do you take a break? Or start walking differently?

It's "too loudly." "Loudly" is an adverb and must be used when in conjunction with the verb "honking". "Loud" is an adjective to be used with nouns. They were worse than truckers, I bet. They were likely like a Musk spaceship on takeoff. Everyone knows that about seniors.

I wonder if most Canadians boycotted this law by going #vegan if it would get reversed in a hurry. #Veganism means less use of pesticides (including the unhealthy onea now permitted). But it also means a reduced GDP, and that might get Carney's to react. Boycotts are still legal. Let's act.

This one of the 5 pathways to my apartment. This suggests drug use if I am correct. I don't know what to say. Is this being high? Using bad drugs is like using First Past The Post voting. People don't envy you. I wish him a good day anyway. Where are the safe injection sites, Doug?

We have over a dozen political parties but only two of them are regularly selected to govern and only three parties regularly get their candidates elected. When only the same two goods in a store get purchased they end up with only their packaging being different. And both become misleading.

I think we should rename the Lake Ontario the E. Jean Carroll Lake. A rape victim who got a big settlement against the US President deserves even more. Let's honor her by having her name grace our Great Lake. You have to big up the victims. Then the bullies go quiet. www.cbc.ca/news/world/t...

Canada is short on FAIR leadership. Our leaders were elected using a dysfunctional voting system that is being gamed by unscrupulous and complicit opportunists. We urgently need to get rid of First Past The Post voting and adopt Proportional Representation.

Boycott is too weak an action in this case. Black listing Google makes much more sense. A boycott is against a company that try to serve clients but does wrong along the way. Now, by its actions, Google has just proven to be there to serve the government. You don't boycott that, you banish that.

You know know the French joke about Ontarians? In French, Ontarien sounds exactly like "On était rien" which means, "we were nothing". So becoming American would be a substantial improvement over what we were before, at least for franco-Ontarians like me.

Judges say Ford's attempted killing of cyclists is legal because it's political policy. Political action is above the Constitution. This sounds a lot like fascist judges or paid off stooges. Police! Police! That's just a rhetorical call in emptiness toronto.citynews.ca/2026/08/14/f...

A bunch of cops cheering at a political rally in uniform is a paradox. It definitely isn't normal, and in fact, it isn't possible. Here you know that what you see can't be what it is. The police force simply fails to live up to its name. Monkeys in police uniforms are still monkeys.

Cycling southbound at Church/ Yonge #toronto, a flock of westbound pigeons flies right before me and as they do, I get hit hard on the bike helmet (protecting my head) apparently by a poor or careless flyer. I wrongly thought pigeons never flew into people. I never saw it coming. Wear your helmet!

Yes. I remember one Ford, (was it Doug or Rob?) saying that bicycles (regular ones) didn't belong on the road. And if a truck is going to hit it well, you can deduce he'll blame it on the "dangerous" cyclist in any case. These bullying politicians dominate the narrative and it's so darn maddening.

I think you need to call that supreme corruption not because our Supreme Court would rubber stamp it--I am sure they would--but because unlike with other people, police doesn't go after blatantly and brazenly corrupt actions when it's elected officials doing it.

Find a nice big jail cell for all his supporters in the corporate mass media and the PP supprters in the corporate mass media who actually hoped to do that themselves? And also find one for Mark as well? Send our psychologists after him and his team? Ask for a revolution? The time is running out?

Politics are in disarray. If you think voting for one of two most popular parties, your politics are as dangerous as those of Hitler. Only vote for a party that can credibly and quickly bring Proportional Representation as the format for Canadian elections.

I think this question is liberal misinformation because it omits to say that the liberals have been promising PR for over 100 years and never kept their promise. So this question is all about voter naivety and a yes answer seems to demonstrate this. The liberal feeds on naive individuals

The next logical step after pardoning insurrectionists is to hire many police recruits completely unsuited to fulfill the duties of a peace agent. Give it to the them, they do know what they are doing. From Canada, this ain't fun watching and I fear this could be coming --or is on its way-- here.

Greed is over-rated as a legitimate cause to blame the fate of the world on. It doesn't help to blame greed when greed isn't the problem. Blaming greed anyway simply shows that one has a dim view of human nature and this gives a clue into the nature of the person making the allegation, IMO.

I am sceptical of such claims: those who reject vaccines generally have a type of character that makes them more prone to hearth disease. If that's right, then the claim of new benefits from vaccines is not based on scientific evidence. Animal torturers will lie and mislead you. Expect that much.
