While all the "competitors" in the space (React Native, Flutter, Ionic, NativeScript and more) are completely free and open source... We're forging our own path And it's working 🎉 NativePHP is becoming a sustainable project thanks to our over 700 wonderful EAP members

Simon @simonhamp.me · 08/01/2025

Look how quickly this app boots when it's not attached to the debugger! This is from a cold start, booting an *unoptimised* Laravel app PHP on iOS is fast! 🐇

Laravel is running on iOS! 🚀 sort of 🥴 I'm just hitting permissions issues because of trying to write files into the wrong location once I understand Swift and iOS better, i'll have this sorted but VERY happy with this progress

sometimes you just want to generate a password hash that you can insert into the database #laravel

php artisan tinker --execute="echo bcrypt(md5(rand(0,1_000_000_000)))"

Had a weird 502 Bad Gateway error on a Laravel Forge-provisioned server yesterday Had to add these two lines to the nginx config Supposedly it's about header sizes being too big, but only happens on one particular request that doesn't set any new or unusual headers 🤷🏻‍♂️

fastcgi_buffer_size 32k;
