I understand the premise that an immigrant from another culture might not be 'English' per se, but who is suggesting that they can be.? As for the generations thing, yes, that's reasonable. Thing is : many Indian, W Indies, families have already been there 4 generations. The 60s wasn't yesterday.

No. The M25 is always bad. That's it's normal state. Then it gets worse ; awful ; abysmal. My brother used to work for John Lewis, a Dept store (and Waitrose). It is owned by the staff. They have country clubs at which staff can stay.

I think that's a question for the 78m that voted for him. At what point does 'will of the people' out class the constitution ? I mean voters literally voted to carve it up, because they were so worried about immigrants and some trans person 6 states over, they didn't listen to what was being said.
