It's also fat bear week. Proving, we still need to choose the bear? xD

Oh thank goodness someone is talking about this! Now, will people listen??!! I've been thinking and saying that Putin restarted the Cold War, all while we were pretending nothing was happening. Russia is not our friend. Meanwhile, we call our one Senator "Russian Ron" for a reason! :P

Dang it. xD @hcrichardson.bsky.social is making me also interested in taxes. They are actually different (or could be) than what I've always understood them to be. www.youtube.com/watch?v=QqRy...

Yeah, I wasn't sure what to expect when I heard Marlena was going to be in an episode, but this was good. I laughed and cried. Don't dismiss the depth by not being able to look past the gimmick. And don't forget just how weird TOS could be. This is how they did things, pre holodeck.

Because they'd rather spend their money on the end of everything than risk a dime on keeping what we have alive and healthy. Being rich is a sickness.

😭 Dammit. Here's our third, damn rule of threes. Optimus Prime has died. For real. "Freedom Is the Right of All Sentient Beings" "We Can't Stand By and Watch the Destruction of This Beautiful Planet" "I Will Never Stop Fighting for Our Freedom" "Till All are One"

Right, so, it is a gorgeous day out there! Nice breeze, I want to open the windows! The problem, there is more ragweed growing in our neighborhood than I have ever seen before. A few yards are almost 90% ragweed, with a little clover and dandelions mixed in. The verge for ~5 blocks is all ragweed! 🤧

Optimist: The cup is half full Pessimist: The cup is half empty Me: Well, we can actually measure this and by doing so we can determine that the cup is 1.45 full, so therefore it is a little less than half full. I think this means I'm a lil spicy. xD

Of course they are 🤬 (although I'd be foolish to think that some haven't been all along, despite the "rules"). Nothing matters but money. And especially don't say anything about genetic diversity -gasp! the d word!- or irreplaceable bloodlines or any of the benefits of having horses on the range

I'm also going crazy that this isn't a much bigger issue! We're locking up and killing people, but that's a minor issue that can't be campaigned on because it won't be a good platform; only the economy matters to voters. WHAT Where are this country's morals and ethics and "never forget?"

The most frustrating thing about my life is I ask for help. I carefully explain what I need help with. The person listening grabs one tiny part of what I've said, assumes that's the problem and ignores the rest. It's never actually the problem I need help with. -head desk- (neurodivergent?)
