Here are some (now slightly old) pictures of my kittens to help cleanse the timeline.

A grey tabby kitten curled up asleep on the belly of a Snorlax bean bag chair.

A grey tabby kitten sleeping between two blankets, with a white paw stretched out in front of her.

Moved to Chicago over the weekend and it was exhausting but now I have an adorable reading buddy so it was worth it ✨

The cutest sleepy little kitten curled up on a blue blanket during reading time. The corner of the book I'm reading is on the left.

If you get your Visa card through your bank, you can also call/email them! I get a lot of anxiety sending emails like this so I followed a template, and you can too!

Screenshot of an email that reads:
Hello, I have been a Visa cardholder for nearly 10 years, and until it was announced that Visa plans to partner with Elon Musk's X, I've never even considered taking my business elsewhere. The things I value most from a payment card are reliability and security, two things Musk and his affiliated projects have repeatedly proven they are incapable of providing. If you go forward with this deal, I will have no choice but to take my business elsewhere.

Bought some new shelves, which means I got to reorganize my books!! There are few greater joys in life.

Two black bookshelves, organized loosely by genre, with a few knick-knacks in between. The left shelf contains poetry, short stories, writing books, essays, and nature books. The right shelf contains memoirs, thrillers, sci-fi, and middle grade books.

A tall black bookshelf containing fantasy, mystery, contemporary, and classic novels.
