That's the Artificial Idiot approach to everything: Reheat someone else's cooking and call yourself a chef.

? There's already tracking to enterprise planes

Silver @silverkun.bsky.social · 28/11/2024

It is a basic feature and as a customer you have the right to complain, as long as it is not spam (Too many in short time) go for it

Silver @silverkun.bsky.social · 28/11/2024

You can also click Feedback on the bottom of the menu in your mobile. Annex the videos to the bug report. Hope this is fixed next update (They're probably focusing on group chats right now)

Silver @silverkun.bsky.social · 28/11/2024

If this doesn't solve it is Bluesky's or ATProto's side fault and your best chance is to send a email explaining to support@bsky.app, their servers are a bit overloaded recently so I imagine you're not the only one with this bug

Silver @silverkun.bsky.social · 28/11/2024

While I don't find a solution can you try to open bsky.app in your browser (Chrome probably) and login by there and try by it?

Social media as it should be. Find your community among millions of users, unleash your creativity, and have some fun again.

Silver @silverkun.bsky.social · 28/11/2024

I see. Very strange. Will look for solutions. Can't promise anything right now.

Silver @silverkun.bsky.social · 28/11/2024

Ok so good news, and maybe bad news, it does work in the Android 13 Simulator. So the problem is that I can't simulate your problem, the good news is that it should work on your phone Could you maybe record your steps through trying to change the pic so I can see in what step it bugs out?

Silver @silverkun.bsky.social · 28/11/2024

Bluesky devs are rolling updates all the time, so don't you lose hope. 🙏

Silver @silverkun.bsky.social · 27/11/2024

I'mma try to download an android 13 phone in the Android Studio, it may not be a android version problem but now I'm invested.

Silver @silverkun.bsky.social · 27/11/2024

Yesh. I don't have way to simulate that phone in Android Studio, however you can try some other things first: 1: Delete app cache, and check if the app has permissions to use photos and videos (Settings > Apps > Bluesky) 2: Check the Android Version, (Settings > About > Software Information)

Silver @silverkun.bsky.social · 27/11/2024

Hmm, Is it Android and if yes what phone? I can try to simulate the problem and if it's something even I can solve I can ask for a pull request from the devs

Those instructions are for a android app, though I believe their app is made in flutter or similar language so it should be the same if you have an iOS phone

Silver @silverkun.bsky.social · 27/11/2024

Update the app Go into your own profile, click the edit profile button, then see after clicking see if the menu dropup "Update from Library" appears
