I once managed to perfectly curate my algorithm. These days that's impossible. 99% of the time i'm only there for promotional reasons because who even has the energy to deal with that as a main platform...

Jen: announced stepping away from Tides for health reasons. Twitter rumour mill: Must be because of her break-up. Her ex works on that game too, she clearly couldn't handle it. Bluesky: I wish her well and hope she takes care. The difference is astounding and very telling of what Twitter has become

I haven't just been touching grass, but the hard focus on health is paying off and overall, life's been really good 😌 Touching grass, sleeping well, cuddling with cats, and hanging with friends. I can finally say, after 5 years of shit, that i'm doing great, and boy does that feel good to say 🥹

HELLO!! 👋🏻 I know I have been quite absent here, but I have been taking excellent care of myself and touching a lot of grass 🌿 No seriously, I mean 10-15k steps a day, every day 🏃‍♀️ After my illness in Jan, I focussed on my health and weightloss journey. It's going well, i'm 10kg down as we speak! 💪🏻

Yeah that's exactly the problem I have. Especially with my ADHD. I'm definitely not doing as well of a job every say, but I have phases where I do better and can spare focus on food. So you don't want to hire me because this phase will be over before you know it 😂

On Jan 1st, I decided to share my walking activities daily, and give some insight into the goals I set for myself. I did this not only to motivate myself, but to hopefully also motivate others to do the same 😌 It has motivated a couple of people, and it's been fun to share this with others! 🙌🏻

I've heard this line so many times. Guess what? I'll never get back to you. Because what do I even ask for? What is it you'd want to, or can help with? What if you say no once I do ask? That last thing happens all the time too. Nevermind, I'll work it out myself. This also avoids dissapointment.

Stop telling people "let me know if there's anything I can do for you", and placing the burden upon the person you are supposedly trying to help to come up with something for you to do. This is too vague and doesn't help. If you really want to help, be specific, make suggestions, or take actions.

To say a ton has happened over the past 5 years would be an understatement. Sometimes I truly forget how much I went through, which then leads me to moments like these where I think I got lucky somehow, completely discrediting myself, because the reality is completely different. Brains are funny.

Sometimes I think about how lucky I am. I have a roof over my head, a job that pays well, and no financial stress. Then I realize that I actually worked really hard to get where I am today, and suffered plenty along the way. I'm the one that changed my life. Luck had nothing to do with it.

Slowly picking up life again after my recent illness, as it's had quite the impact on my body. Started my walks back up this weekend, which js going well so far. The weather's been good too, which the cats very much enjoy, they love the sun! 🌞

I'm home btw. The fever was gone all day today which is why they let me go. I'm on antibiotics just in case and i'm basically left to monitor the situation to see what happens. Worsening of symptoms or return of fever means I gotta call again and go back for an abdominal CT scan. Let's hope not!!

Oh boy, I have been having quite the issues with vague abdominal pain and a non stop fever from Sunday until today. My inflammation levels went up without there being a logical reason as I had 0 other symptoms. Was sent to the ER today for more testing, i'm a medical mystery so far, wheeee
