So bit of campus drama, my friends and I were talking to these dudes and randomly were like “well gotta go, have a good night guys,” and started RUNNING, then out comes this girl, calls them out by name and says “I KNOW YOU CHEATED ON YOUR GIRLFRIEND!” College is a trip man 🗿

I got my FFResonance coming in the mail, honestly my GOTY off of the demo alone

Today marks a year without my dad, he was one of my bestest friends, and a guiding figure, I miss him every day, but I know that he’d want me to thrive in spite of his absence

Genuinely get rid of Tim Sweeney, I’d rather work under Randy Pitchford than this bum, every time this man talks it makes me wonder how Epic is surviving

I remember doing hard mode and it rocked my shit the most out of any boss aside from one in the midgame and some late game bosses

I realized recently that my depression is tied to the fact that a close friend of mine moved away and cut everyone off, and now all I can really do is hope the best for her…

Be me: - go to class knowing it’ll be jack shit - teacher spends an hour using a broken group project to prove why AI is “great” - leave feeling actively dumber and less motivated to pursue my degree

And I’m saying this as a cis white guy! I love when I play games that start people who aren’t the same as me, I love different perspectives from my own!

Deadsky @silsky05.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

Just had this dude in my lecture complaining about how “woke” gaming has become and why it’s ruining gaming. The fact that guys my age get stuck in this bullshit makes me sick, like, wow, didn’t know people who aren’t Cis, white, straight men are ruining your life like that!

I don’t play many and I don’t get scared by them much anymore, but probably the most scared I ever got was Death Stranding 1, the BTs in the first act are horrifying

010 1

Deadsky @silsky05.bsky.social · 20/09/2026

I’m so sorry, that’s horrifying and I can’t believe people are awful like this. Sending all the best wishes and support I can 🫂

Yeah, I realized that I was lucky to have my dad to get me into games, but I would love if my mom and stepdad got to experience games like Death Stranding or Alan Wake

Bro apparently one of the bus lines at my school wasn’t active today and they didn’t send an email about it or anything, so I had to walk a mile to get to my car 💀

Deadsky @silsky05.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

Okay Sony is insane to me because what do you mean they were trying to cancel a Kojima Project?!?! Like have they not seen what that got Konami in the past? Did they really think they could get away with that shit? I’m glad Kojima is partnering with Xbox now since Sony doesn’t make sense anymore

100 1

Deadsky @silsky05.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

How the fuck do they come to consider canceling a game of someone who produced one of the biggest system sellers last year?!?! And that same game was so much of a seller that we saw an influx of players on the first one! It’s genuinely baffling

Xenoblade 2’s ending is counterintuitive to its themes, this is a hill I will die on.

I saw a post promoting a video by saying “figure out why Sadie Sink is still single!” Like, no? I don’t really care if she’s single or not, I don’t know her, I like things that she acts in and that’s about it, I get that celeb are public figures but give them some privacy goddamnit!

Deadsky @silsky05.bsky.social · 07/09/2026

This guy who’s whole thing is hating character designs in comic book movies has flooded my feed and every time I hit “don’t show this creator” the MF appears tenfold!

Deadsky @silsky05.bsky.social · 07/09/2026

I will say it’s funny how many of the journalists are like “in this completely brand new original never done before story from Square Enix” and I’m like “yeahhhh this story is clearly brand new, totally”

I’ve now seen 3 people say they cried when playing the final fantasy resonance demo 👀. Heard something about the title screen being a banger. Very excited for this one and I see the potential in it. Was one of my favorite reveals with the Nintendo direct last June.

Lowkey cried at the main menu for FF Resonance, FFBE was something that my dad and I shared for years so having this game to preserve some of it was just really sweet, I know that if he were here my dad would be in love with this game

It is confirmed that we will get a look at Revelation but that’s right at the end, I’m really hoping we get something on that one Konami RPG they showed a while ago, along with a Tides of Annihilation release date
