Depends if you mean the prey is dead and ceases to exist for a long term (just snuffed out temporarily), or the prey takes a long time digesting until dying permanently. The terminology for this stuff is very inconsistent. First one is very much a yes for me, second one? Very hard no for me.

Both are very good... Very very close to the top of the list of pred species for me. Weakness for most all winged creatures... Plus bats with a full belly hanging upside down, and moths with full abdomens... Very much true that both are good~
