Finally printed out this lovely little piece by @castussan.bsky.social so I can have the three salvific girls on my desk.
A framed print of fanart depicting Duck, Madoka, and Utena walking in casual clothes together. The frame is five inches by five inches.

Cas did my favorite piece of commissioned fanart, and I love it dearly, you should commission Cas.
Duck, Utena, and Madoka walking together in charming street clothes. Each of them has a background from their respective stories. All of them are surrounded by a salvatory glow. Utena has a basketball.

Another honorable mention:
"We were playing Dog and Bear, you know. And Servo was chasing me. And I ran panicked over logs and through streams, maddened with primal terror, you know. And I turned and raked my deadly claws against his howling snout, you know. And I rose to my hind feet, towering, and still bellowing he came. And I mewled and spewed gore from my wounds and snot from my flaring, wild maw, and, and, and then, we were locked like lovers. And then, I was engirdled by moiled, spotted hound bodies and my entrails were hanging out. And I tried a savage, feral roar, but alas, my force was spent and I died! Then, Servo took it too far."

The Whale God (1962)
A black-and-white still from the 1962 movie The Whale God, in which Meiji era Japanese shore whalers cling to the side of the tokusatsu whale, harpoons in hand.

I should post more album covers in this list i.scdn.co/image/ab6761...
Cover art for Dirt by Yamantaka//Sonic Titan, which is a very 90s black and white manga poster type image with a giant robot, a protagonist, and a red title in rough strokes that looks kinda like the Berserk logo.

Also reposting this internal bit from the book that I'm still really proud of:
"Wake up, Detective. The flood has taken your memory palace. The waters of the past rose up and carried everything away, acidic as regret, cold as sorrow, unyielding as pride. Your foundations are split and divided. The skein of your thoughts torn and muddied, the mirror of your mind splintered. Half-drowned and half-present, what remains of you is only a warning - but look up! Look up, from the silt of your despair, your mistakes, your little ruin of memory! There is a star in your empty midnight sky. It is the Case. Solve it, Detective! The Case will guide you. Redeem you. Discover who you were. Decide who you are. DETECT OR DIE."

Cover of Detect or Die, a tabletop roleplaying game by B.P.S. Klug. Subtitle: Discover who you were, decide who you are. The image behind it is a double silhouette of a detective, like a playing card, that's been heavily scribble on and water-damaged.
