Here's a speed vid for the eye practice sketches. I used the hack where you use your hand to shape the eye and angle it for the different perspectives to draw.

Love that ibis keeps a video by default... I like the top right sketch the best. Had to hold the pen in a weird way with a messed up hand for these.

Today's throwback art is my header image! A fanart of Kamala Khan as Ms Marvel in an earlier comic's iteration of her costume. This was done in watercolor and the original painting was sold as part of a charity auction for CASA SHaW. I have also sold prints of this.

A watercolor painted illustration of Kamala Khan as Ms Marvel based on her costume from earlier comic book issues. Her costume has a red long-sleeve base with a blue top over it, yellow trim detail, a yellow lightning bolt on the front as homage to the original Carol Danvers Ms Marvel icon, and a long red scarf. It is in a semi-realism portrait style with her eyes shut and her smiling in a serene expression. She is surrounded with four large, yellow daffodils and their green leaves. Her red scarf wraps them close to her body like a frame to pull the picture together, resembling a bouquet.

First throw-back art... Literally my icon lol I have made stickers of these, you may or may not see them around out in the wild.

A red juice box character with green apple slices on the front. It has thin black lines for arms and legs, is wearing large black sunglasses with round lenses, and has a neutral mouth expression. It's standing on a black and brightly multicolored skateboard deliberately covered with pixel artifacts to look extremely low resolution and terrible.

As a note: I will be streaming games and ibis paint drawing from my phone now and then! I don't have a set schedule yet, but that's something to potentially look forward to. You can follow me on twitch here if you like www.twitch.tv/sihirselin

Don't look at me, don't judge me, I didn't say *when* I would start posting anything here... Anyway I'll get to that. Starting with older stuff to pad things out, as promised. Because it would feel too weird for me to start with only something new when there isn't much new I feel like sharing.
