His funeral was yesterday and even seeing him, it still did not feel real until I heard the lid click in place. Am in no shape to work today but I feel ready to try and reach out to friends again. Thank you for being patient with me while me and the boys grieve. Tell your friends you love them.

Was reminded how much effort goes into getting my brain to function on a day to day basis. My mental preparation was thrown out the window with a very sudden and poorly communicated time crunch at work and my arms ended up bloodied and bruised from how severe my anxiety was. Am okay now, just sore
