Kristi Noem flew to El Salvador for a prison photo op, posing in front of deported U.S. immigrants and calling them “terrorists.” Many of those pictured had ties to the U.S. and were deported without due process. It’s propaganda dressed up as leadership and it puts all immigrants at greater risk.
