It is not surprising a group of partners at Paul Weiss capitulated. Here’s my take. Good lawyers are smart, detail oriented, largely thrive on control, or at least exerting a sense of it. This is a valuable commodity when other are experiencing chaos, and a good lawyer is able to bring order. 1/x
