Possibly. Wondering also about it being a public nuisance. I'd definitely ask a Lawyer about it. I don't want to comment on legality since I don't know his locality, but it's worth making a fuss about. Easiest way to handle it might be getting the city on the case.

Constitutional violations should never get grandfathered in. The fact America has always treated prisoners horribly somehow means said horrific treatment isn't a problem. I prefer more objective tests concerned with evidence rather than whether South Carolina in 1876 believed in beheading.

A few months ago, I suggested my family replace my parents fridge. We've had it since I was...10? 12? Whatever the case, I knew it was going to blow sooner rather than later, and I prefer buying things on MY time frame, not the twist of fate. This is how I view fossil fuels.

I am from a weird place that feels a lot like Suburbia, but with legacy New England infrastructure and a lot of duplexes, small apartments, and some larger ones. It's also odd as it is a town with every income class represented.
