Bit of positive news to start the week: the online voter registration system voter.ie is now live nationwide (having previously worked only for Dubliners) - now anyone in the State can register or update their details on the electoral register in a couple of minutes using only their PPS number.

I know exactly what you mean. When me and the hubs were saving for a house we lived like paupers for years to make it work. It’s so hard!!! Technically the money is there if you need it but if you actually have to use it, it pushes the dream of having your own place further down the road. It sucks.
