Security workers need urgent support. They are spat on, kicked, punched, & abused for simply doing their job. Words are meaningless without action. The use of our 24/7 counselling service has doubled. Opening up about mental health has resulted in loss of shifts, disciplinaries and client removals

In 2024, Clare was working as a #DoorSupervisor at Trilogy nightclub, #Colchester. A violent male turned on Clare, knocked her unconscious & fractured her eye socket. Her attacker escaped with a small fine and community service. The SIF appealed against his lenient sentence
