Wasn’t particularly pretty to watch but also it felt like we were just off by a little. A lot of good fast break opportunities just didn’t work out. To me seemed like a decent away performance, albeit with more time needed for this team.

Because big companies worked out that good customer service is hard, especially in the fast-changing world of technology, and it’s just not worth the investment. People still use the tech if it’s unique enough so big companies pump all the money into product development and marketing.
