You should! Am I extremely biased towards monochromatic designs? Yes. But, you know, you should because I'm sure they're great too 👀

Shukin Oyen 💛✨ @shukin.secondlife.bio · 26/02/2026

You did an amazing job at it! I need to practice more with lighting as well, it's an important skillset!

I need a new bird head, I'm praying that the gods of SL creators listen to my wishes 🙏🙏🙏

I can't help but to be captivated by such wonderful... hills, yes Am I repeating the joke? Yes, I am, doesn't make it less true 💛✨

Shukin Oyen 💛✨ @shukin.secondlife.bio · 25/02/2026

Yeaah, that's pretty much the bane of every single developer pfff I think that with PBR actively getting more support from all types of creators, things will get easier over time, at least

010

Shukin Oyen 💛✨ @shukin.secondlife.bio · 25/02/2026

I just love how much has opened up with SL finally moving to PBR, it's great how it renewed the game

110

Shukin Oyen 💛✨ @shukin.secondlife.bio · 21/02/2026

I mean, is this even a surprise? After so long working with art, I need to have somewhat of a good eye for colors :P I'm actually suprised it wasn't higher! dialed.gg

It's a great exercise in general, and writing is a lot of fun :P Y'know, kink is pretty much my job, so if you have any questions or want to know a digital artist's thoughts about certain kinks, let me know!

Best part with antiques is that they're built to last, so it's not a problem if you're a bit more rough with your handling, am I right? :P

Shukin Oyen 💛✨ @shukin.secondlife.bio · 20/02/2026

Hands-on with the controls, right? Right? :P

110

Shukin Oyen 💛✨ @shukin.secondlife.bio · 20/02/2026

That is a lot of interesting knowledge to be shared! Unfortunately I don't think many will have any thoughts whatsoever in this specific case, it's a mystery on the why~

110

Shukin Oyen 💛✨ @shukin.secondlife.bio · 20/02/2026

I was planning on updating my glasses to PBR in a free update, but I completely misplaced the original .blend files and I'll have to do it by hand and without using the correct materials I still think it'll be appreciated, but I might have to remake them better at a later date!

The first protocol that actively maintains communication systems with a local account vault for multiple access to servers will pretty much solve the entire thing pff

120

Shukin Oyen 💛✨ @shukin.secondlife.bio · 19/02/2026

The only reason it's necessary is that accounts wouldn't be able to access multiple servers that are self hosted, every self host requires a local account to access the channels in those servers Federation means you can have an account in the main server and connect to any other server, for example

Just updated my avi to a bunch of PBR stuff, so why not update my portrait and take a nice screenshot in the meantime, right? Gotta get back to life somehow! 💛✨ #SecondLife #Furry

Both are very close in function parity, they're both open source, they're both self-hosteable So far, I know Fluxer is trying to make federation work, so all the self-hosted servers can be accessed by everyone On Stoat, video and screensharing are exclusive to self-hosted channels rn

310

Shukin Oyen 💛✨ @shukin.secondlife.bio · 19/02/2026

So far, the two best alternatives are Stoat and Fluxer Both have their own issues with server demand, because of the sudden search, but Stoat is fully donation based, and Fluxer already has a subscription system They're looking into subs on Stoat for maybe video streaming

It's been so good seeing so many people around in bsky, a lot of great folks I recognize from times past Hopefully I'll truly be more sociable this time :P

030

Shukin Oyen 💛✨ @shukin.secondlife.bio · 19/02/2026

It's hard keeping up with people sometimes, especially when so many things keep happening around everyone But it's good to have those thoughts from time to time, reaching out is good! I've been taking that effort myself, and it's always worth it :P

Shukin Oyen 💛✨ @shukin.secondlife.bio · 18/02/2026

There are many orbs to ponder in that picture, you'd have to be more specific! (yes)

All these snakes are SO GOOD Your styling is absolutely perfect, this feels like viewing a goddess from afar, that's great 💛✨

AHAHAH In your defense, it does sound cute :P Hope Tally helps you out, I had a great experience making a bunch of forms there! And if it doesn't work, I think maybe Vgen might work? That one requires an invite though, I don't have an invite-ready account to send it over unfortunately

120

Shukin Oyen 💛✨ @shukin.secondlife.bio · 16/02/2026

If you're okay accessing links for refs, that would still work perfectly I think the only thing Tally doesn't support is uploading files!

BRASIL MENCIONADO!!! That looks -so good-, you did an amazing job on this! 💛✨

Shukin Oyen 💛✨ @shukin.secondlife.bio · 16/02/2026

I agree completely! I'm still waiting for the day newer bird heads are made and more popular as well I had hopes for Anima's, but then everything happened and now they're unsupported. Corvax is a really good one from M.O.R., but it also has very little support I want a modern, nice stylized one 🙏

030

Shukin Oyen 💛✨ @shukin.secondlife.bio · 16/02/2026

Absolutely perfect size difference there :P I'm so glad SL now has a more modern take on anthro snakes, I'm loving seeing these!

010

Shukin Oyen 💛✨ @shukin.secondlife.bio · 16/02/2026

That is a hell of a view, good way to make the most of a weekend :P

I love the absolute irony that right after this I got into a huge creative burnout, and as soon as I felt a little bit better, my computer just decided to explode But now I'M BACK AND BETTER THAN EVER, LET'S GO

Shukin Oyen 💛✨ @shukin.secondlife.bio · 16/02/2026
