Weather is starting to get chilly in the mornings. Today I was surprised by a nice little warm up. A coinciding low tide made for a good day of clamming in the back bays. Purged them and cleaned them up. They are now in the fridge, perhaps for a chowder or some linguini and clams. #naturist

Weather dropped last two nights/mornings… about 58°F at sunrise. A little warmer near the ocean. On Monday I was bike riding and skipped the dip due to time and winds. Today the winds were down so I swam about 1 1/4 miles. Garmin gave me a badge. Woohoo! 🎉 😉 #naturist #nakedfitness

After watching American Football, I started flipping through the channels. Yes, I'm old school and sometimes just like to jump into any program that happens to be on. Low and behold, a PBS special on David Attenborough, the #naturalist. How better to enjoy nature whilst when practicing #naturism.

Weather is changing a bit… cool mornings. The silver lining is my ‘secret’ running trail has a lot less ticks and deer flies this time of year. I didn’t find one tick on my 3 mile run which was really nice for a change! #naturist #clothed-unclothed #nakedfitness

Got our for a bay swim this morning. I always go against the tide current for first half. Tide was cranking today, wind too! I am not sure why but GPS showed I swam 1000 yards out, then turned around and swam back to start and only got credit for 500 yards. I’m counting it as 2000yd or 1+ miles!
